📦 Orders & Shipping
Shipping to France, Germany, and Switzerland takes 2–3 business days. For the rest of Europe, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.
We charge a flat rate of €2.50 for France, Germany, and Switzerland, and €3.50 for the rest of Europe.
Currently, we only ship within Europe. We are working to expand our shipping zones in the near future.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.

Yes, you can. If your product is unused and in its original condition, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
